Sims 4 Mod Fix ("the Software") is a desktop application that scans, diagnoses, and helps fix broken or conflicting mods for The Sims 4. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Electronic Arts, Maxis, or The Sims franchise.
When you purchase Sims 4 Mod Fix, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the Software on your own computers. You may install it on multiple computers you own for personal use.
The Software is designed with safety as a priority. It never permanently deletes your files. All quarantine operations can be reversed with one click. However, as with any software that manages files, we recommend keeping backups of your mods folder.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we work hard to make it reliable and safe, we cannot guarantee it will fix every mod issue or work perfectly in every environment. We are not responsible for any data loss, game issues, or other damages arising from the use of the Software.
Refunds are handled through LemonSqueezy, our payment processor. If the Software does not work for you, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue or process a refund.
The Sims, Sims 4, EA, and Maxis are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. Sims 4 Mod Fix is not affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
